- DogJaw Band (see description below)
DogJaw is made up of longtime VB locals, Bob Smith (lead guitar, vocals), Tom Wagner (guitar, vocals), Grey Martin (bass, vocals), Ed Putney (drums, percussion), and David Limroth (harmonica, guitar). They have been playing together for the past several years. Having diverse musical interests across band members, their sets are often eclectic mixes with heavy emphasis on fun, groove-oriented tunes. Much of their material will be very familiar to the average listener, but you’ll also hear songs you’ve never heard and will be glad to have discovered. They play a fair bit of Classic and Contemporary Rock, Americana, and Folk, with a smattering of Country, and R&B. Not your standard cover band, the band is focused more on “the song”, opting to play good, fun music rather than just what’s popular.
