How many guest can the Museum accommodate?
The Museum can host 100 guests for an indoor event, and up to 400 guests for an indoor/ outdoor event. Numbers may vary depending on event set-up.
Can I bring in caterers for my event?
Yes! You are welcome to have a licensed and insured caterer for your event, however all food prep must be done prior to arrival at the Museum. The museum has a list of preferred caterers that can be shared with you, if needed.
Will I need to rent my own tables and chairs?
The Museum has a stock of tables, bars, and chairs that you will have access to. Renters are welcome to bring in additional tables and chairs if they wish.
We have: 20 cocktail tables, 2 bars, 18 bar stools, 25 chairs, and 3 tables
Can I sell or distribute alcohol at my event?
Yes, if all necessary permits are procured. It is the responsibility of the renter to apply for and obtain an ABC license for their event.
How do I reserve a date for my event?
A 50% deposit is needed to reserve your date. The balance of the fee is due 10 days prior to event.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
If a deposit has been made, up to 35% will be refunded if the event is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. If a renter wishes to reschedule, the full deposit can be applied to a new date depending on availability.
What time does my event need to end?
All events must have an end time of no later than 10pm. All guests and venders must be out of the building and clean-up must completed by 11pm. Renters will be charged $100 fee for every hour after 11pm that they are still in the building.
Do I have to rent the entire museum?
No, we have multiple options available for renting our building and our grounds. We will work with you to create the perfect custom package for your event.
